And the world spun on its axis. Talk about two polar opposites, two folks so different and this time I got the cream. Wesley is so intelligent so patient and so quiet he heard me. And, I have a new sports car. It suits me perfectly. This morning the paperwork was lost-the car was so new off the delivery truck it was in a different spot.This was found by Bobby, sales mgr. Being conditioned to be very cautious I freaked but he got it all under control pronto and Wesley came through. So I had been thinking for 2 months I wanted an SUV -have you ever considered everything you ever thought you knew was wrong? I took a big leap back and realized why I had thought such and realized I really want two vehicles! Yep. not quite sure when I'll get that second one, the SUV, but in the meantime I am quite pleased. As soon as i saw the paint I knew it was mine. But, I am kinda hesitant to play with those gears and drives. I asked wes to show me as we got on I65. Yikes-I'll get my courage up when he or Bobby can get in the car with me and talk me through the shifting. And he Thanked Me for letting him drive my car-Wow. That guy flies, I decided he is my altar ego. So world, do go to Beaman, see Wesley if you want a solid purposeful sales human that can answer your questions. And, when he can't answer just see Bobby-he will pick up any and all slack.Which, will be very little! So, I stuck to my guns and went with Toyota and I am glad I did. All those other guys : the big three that you compete with -if you care and read this then ask me and I can tell you where you fell down and it turned out saving the best for last was worth the wait. Best New Car Buying Experience EVER!! I had searched on-line at this dealership for a New 2015 Scion xB. I compared the new pricing and interest rate to a used one that I had seen at used I had searched on-line at this dealership for a New 2015 Scion xB. I compared the new pricing and interest rate to a used one that I had seen at used car dealership. Ultimately, I decided on the new one. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Houston Whitney. Mr. Whitney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. There was NEVER any pressure to purchase this vehicle. Mr. Whitney, along with the Sales Manager, Steve, worked together to get me into this car. I did not reach a purchase decision that very first day. Steve, and Mr. Whitney assured me they would do their absolute best to work with me to make me a happy and valued customer. I needed time to make up my mind for sure, as I had not made a vehicle purchase in over 11 years. After a couple of days of deliberating on the deal, I decided to return to the dealership to purchase my new 2015 Scion xB. I have only had it now for not even 3 months, and it has been a great little car. More

WORST Worst sales experience ever. Salesman damaged the vehicle delivering to my residence, and over the course of repair, would not admit responsibility fo Worst sales experience ever. Salesman damaged the vehicle delivering to my residence, and over the course of repair, would not admit responsibility for the damage (in fact made it sound like I was responsible). Car was in repair so long the temp tag expired. Was told by salesman, don't worry as temp tags don't get pulled over and new tag had been mailed. Guess what, got ticket and new tag was not mailed as the old tag (which I almost threw out) was just transferred which salesman said was not going to take place. Bad communication, bad follow-up, lack of customer respect, lack of salesman knowledge, bad bad bad........would not buy a car here if it was the last dealership on earth. Have reported this entire scenario to Toyota corporate, and have had ZERO followup from the dealer or Toyota on the experience. Told Toyota corporate that Iw as not looking for anything except to have another customer avoid what I had gone through at Beaman. One final thought, even their branded label on the car has been peeling off! More
