Salesman very helpful customer service horrible After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel tax sticker . When I call to ask about this was told that they dont go to my county which is only 16 miles from the dealer , Ashland city but they go to ever other County touching davidson and that it was out of there control. So after arguing with the manager I was told they would go get me the sticker which did not change the county on the license plate. So at this point am quite upset about the service and I go back to the dealer to talk to another manager about this who procedes to go get the other manager to continue to argue about this again. Finally they tell me when I get older that I would understand how things work. Im 45 years old and have never been so disgusted with customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and if I could I would return the car. More

Dealership did in fact contact me through management and have gone out of their way to correct issues that were not corrected at purchase. These reviews it says are supposed to be used for training and making dealerships better, but that is to be seen at this point. Throughout the industry customer service has declined steadily in a downward spiral. However it is looked at all must be held accountable for it to make it better. The dealerships and/or the consumers must take responsibility as well to make it happen. If we do not and are not held responsible, then there is no one to blame except ourselves. Have been a Toyota person for numerous years now and can't argue too much with the maintenance records for Toyotas that I have owned. Now I have the need for a car and did quite a bit of research on what I wanted. It came down between Honda and Toyota, but due to all dealership practices price was the deciding factor in the end. This garbage of "True Price" is screwing the consumers in the end and further taking people skills out of the equation. NO ONE knows how to negotiate a car sale anymore with a "No Haggle" price set. Off of the "soap-box" now and on to the review. Hopefully the General Manager (GM) or Sales Department Manager will read these reviews and learn. More

Not only they are closest to Vanderbilt / Downtown, they are the friendliest and most trustworthy dealership I have ever walked-in to. In fact, after a full week of driving our new Prius Two, I had a little trepidation on the deal that I got. They offered to reverse the deal, until I felt reassured, valued, and cared for. I highly recommend Beaman among all the auto dealerships. More

They don't care about you after you buy the car if you're going to buy a car there by new Toyota has no choice but to honor your warranty. More
