They sold me a Jeep that had mud in the fuse box and it had one of those smooth, river branches (looked like driftwood) stuck behind a heat shield underneath. Being a girl who doesn't know a lot about the insides of a vehicle, I was fooled pretty easily. A friend of mine looked the Jeep over a couple of weeks after I bought it, because there was a fluttering sound when I drove it. He pulled out a large piece of driftwood that was stuck under it, and he knew it had been under water--and I know Jeeps are supposed to be able to go in a creek, but this Jeep didn't have a snorkel, and my friend found mud all the way up to near the windshield. My wife and I soon settled on one car and the deal was on. The Financial Manger, J. J. Was very through and friendly. We soon came to the end of the paperwork. I was told that it would be a $100 plus tax charge to diagnose the cause and that I would be notified if different. Luckily, it was a loose gas cap. I was charge $105 for for the diagnostics, 15.75 for supplies and sales taxes for a total of $131.92. The gas cap was not replaced, just tightened, More

Salesman very helpful customer service horrible After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel tax sticker . When I call to ask about this was told that they dont go to my county which is only 16 miles from the dealer , Ashland city but they go to ever other County touching davidson and that it was out of there control. So after arguing with the manager I was told they would go get me the sticker which did not change the county on the license plate. So at this point am quite upset about the service and I go back to the dealer to talk to another manager about this who procedes to go get the other manager to continue to argue about this again. Finally they tell me when I get older that I would understand how things work. Im 45 years old and have never been so disgusted with customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and if I could I would return the car. More
