Stellar! Walked in for tail-light fix, & got a brand new car I had a broken tail light that wasn't working on my 2006 Toyota Corolla, so I visited Beaman Toyota to get it fixed. While waiting, my mom thought it I had a broken tail light that wasn't working on my 2006 Toyota Corolla, so I visited Beaman Toyota to get it fixed. While waiting, my mom thought it would be a good idea to check out the vehicles that were available. We were matched with Sterling Gallien, a very polite gentlemen, who explained the different models, features and upgrades that differed from the car I was currently driving. We were so impressed by the look of the Toyota Camry LE in dark aqua, that we purchased the car that same day. The finance processing was simple, and Sterling did an amazing job of answering every question that we had. No question was too silly and or strange. His demeanor is consistent from the time that we met him until I drove off the lot with the new car. The financing process with Nick was also very smooth. Additionally, I found out that the tail light had not been broken, it hadn't been screwed in properly, so I wasn't charged for any maintenance. I love my new car! It's a blessing. I can't believe that my prayers have been answered. It was definitely time to get a new car. My 2006 vehicle was still reliable, but I had so many miles on it, and there were some adjustments that would have had to be made with the brakes--money that I didn't want to put into an old car. Stabbed In The Back I inquired to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and had agreed on price as well as plan for pickup. I live fifty miles away so couldn't drop everything I was doing as I explained but was assured the vehicle was not on the floor and was going through service. Well, I called back later just to see if he could send me some pics of the interior and then was told that someone came in and was working on financing? This really blew my mind and I tried to make a deposit over the phone (just as I did back in 2013!) but no dice. I'm sure they used my agreed upon price for get more out of the vehicle. I guess this dealership has no loyalty towards previous customers WHO PAY WITH CASH. I won't do any further business with this dealership and will tell everyone I cross that's looking for a vehicle to look someone else! More
Worst experience ever! Last Saturday i inquired about a car that they advertised. The car was what i was looking for. I live in Memphis and did not want to drive back and forth for no reason. I was trading in my car so i emailed pictures of my car and VIN number. The salesman said that they use KBB Dealer trade in ranges to go by. I repeated several times that i did not want to drive up there if we were not in the ballpark. The sales representative’s exact words were “don’t worry, we would not do you like that after you make the trip”. I drove up there and the car was what i wanted so when they came back with the numbers they offered $3000 below KBB dealer trade in and raised the price of the car by $4000. I could not have been more shocked, the sales manager said the representative should not have told me that and he did not know anything about it. I have no issue with them not wanting my car but don’t lie to me over the phone just to get me in the door. I would stay away from Beaman Toyota there are too many car dealerships that are honest. More

Wrongfully charged me for a battery replacement and installation, a couple months later, this discrepancy was found by another Toyota Dealership. Nashville locals know there is no reason to any conduct business here unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy trying to communicate with them. More
Paperwork all wrong on my deal/Warranty issue handled poorly SO, after numerous phone calls to the dealer (I always have to initiate contact, never them), I finally got word with my county DMV that the paperwork SO, after numerous phone calls to the dealer (I always have to initiate contact, never them), I finally got word with my county DMV that the paperwork arrived so that I can register the car and get a tag. All the paperwork has the wrong bank stated on it, so the county/state can't issue me a tag until that's straightened out. The bank listed bank A on all my paperwork but when they actually set up the account and financing, they called bank B. They didn't inform me of this. The way I found out was by calling bank A, and saying "um, I bought a car at Beaman and the VIN is xxxx, I need to know my account number and payment info so I can begin making my payments." To which, they replied, "we have no record of that car being in our system as a loan." So then I have to call the dealer, and after getting bounced from person to person and more phone calls, someone actually looked into and found out that they used bank B instead. Didn't bother to tell anyone apparently, including the all important titling people. This situation has cost me hours of my personal time and much aggravation. Lost time from work. And until it all gets straightened out, will cost more. This is on top of the "Certified Pre-Owned" SNAFU that happened right after I bought it. I'm an out-of-state resident, relative to Nashville, TN, and so while driving my new car home from the dealership, I notice a problem that should be easily covered by the Certified Pre-Owned program warranty. Beaman tells me to take it to my local Toyota dealership for the fix. I do. When I get the car into the service area there, they have no record of it being a "Certified Pre-Owned Toyota." SO, they decline to do the warranty work and I have to pay out of pocket $115 for a diagnostic fee. Beaman did reimburse me for that (thanks), but the aggravation of again, taking time to drive my car to the repair facility, scheduling, shuttling in/back from the dealer to/from work all for a repair that I had to cover initially (and still haven't gotten fixed because of that), is more than frustrating. The dealer failed to communicate the fine details of the Certified Pre-Owned program to me when I called to report the problem. They let me find out the hard way, like everything else. They don't communicate. If there's a problem of any kind, even one that they caused, it's up to the customer to find it, at the expense of the customer. VERY VERY poor customer service and communications. More
