My first service experience >>>>OH NO So this was my first service experience at Beaman Toyoya. I dropped my car off as early as possible because they stated it should only take one day So this was my first service experience at Beaman Toyoya. I dropped my car off as early as possible because they stated it should only take one day to repair, great no problem. At 5 pm had not heard back from the dealership so I decided to drop by and see how it was going. Upon giving them my name I was given guite a blank look ,it seems they did not know where my car was ,there was no paperwork, there was no keys and my name would not even come up on the computer. Apparently the service mechanics had left for the days and know one knew anything about my car . After running around for 45 minutes looking in service areas they were able to find my keys and the car. A young “well meaning”girl during the 45 minutes asked if I would like a car wash No just wanted my car. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Sorry you blew it. More
