Not all maintenance was completed after almost 4hr. wait I had called the day before to schedule a oil change and tire rotation and to replace a fan motor due to a Toyota recall. I was told they didn't have I had called the day before to schedule a oil change and tire rotation and to replace a fan motor due to a Toyota recall. I was told they didn't have the part and would need to order and call me when it arrived to reschedule to replace the fan motor. This is the 2nd time I have tried to replace the motor and was told the same thing the first time I tried to have it replaced. When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation the next day. The part was in stock. I had a coupon for the oil change which I assume I got. I was charged for the tire rotation but they did not rotate the tires. I questioned the charges but he said the oil change was $102.80. I know I was overcharged for one the tires were not rotated. Not happy with the service I received unethical at the very least More

Maintenance Went in for routine maintenance and was told they couldn't change the oil because it wasn't at 15,000 miles but they changed air filter rotated tires Went in for routine maintenance and was told they couldn't change the oil because it wasn't at 15,000 miles but they changed air filter rotated tires and the rest. They called the next week and said i needed to bring back for the oil change. After lots of confusion spoke with manager who assured me that air filters were changed everthing but the oil. I pulled the air filter and it was not chsnged. My recommendation, when you pick your car up have them pop the hood and pull the new filter and show you. Don't trust them. More
