Since purchasing our new Dodge Ram 1500 in December we have had a good response from the dealership, and the service department specifically. I had a chrome molding pulling away from the driver side crew have had a good response from the dealership, and the service department specifically. I had a chrome molding pulling away from the driver side crew cab door. I called the service department and Matt set up an appointment. It was determined to be warranty work and the chrome trim piece was ordered and new appointment made. The piece was professionally replaced and I am very satisfied with my experience overall. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.. especially the service department. Several months back I had poor customer service and unprofessional interaction with one of the managers in the ser especially the service department. Several months back I had poor customer service and unprofessional interaction with one of the managers in the service department, when I took my complaint to the general manager of the location, he blew it off as the services department managers personality trait that needs work... During a routine maintenance trip to this location, I was informed I had a minor oil leak when it was time to pay.. not when they noticed the leak but after they drained the car, filled it, and pulled it around for me to drive it. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the service manager who put a note on my account to be contacted when anything is wrong with my vehicle... Recently I had been replacing worn cosmetic parts and misc. parts on my vehicle myself so I called the service department to find out where the fuse for the horn was located. They told me they do not know where the certain fuses are.. I said to him “a service technician at a dodge dealership does not know or have a way to look up fuses on a dodge vehicle and he said no...” the most recent interaction is my latest regular maintenance trip, this time that minor oil leak is a “major” oil leak, but instead of informing me of this so called “major” oil leak they drained and filled my vehicle with oil and pulled it around front. My opinion if a vehicle has a major oil leak that means it’s dangerous to drive, why wouldn’t you get your customer and show them what you found? I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager who blew it off to say, “oil changes are done through the express lane so our technician do the oil change and take the car off the racks...” the same exact racks that any other maintenance work is completed on?! I am still currently waiting on the Beaman General Manager to contact me to further elaborate on why this location should be provide additional resources for training... More
