Great sales I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found it online and went in to see it. I liked it but needed my husband to see it and drive it before I coul I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found it online and went in to see it. I liked it but needed my husband to see it and drive it before I could purchase it. Lacy let me drive it to him 50 miles away. We discovered it needed new front rotors and brake pads. They fixed them without question. I bought the vehicle with no warranty. Within 24 hours the air suspension compressor started making loud noises. I took it back to Lacy. He had it fixed again without question at no cost to me. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. We will be back. I don’t get service here because the service department has high prices compared to other dealerships. More

"Great Salesman", Ron Radcliffe I went online looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler. I was not sure exactly which one would meet my needs. Ron answered my email right away. I went in and looked at several different styles. Even looked at some used ones. But I really wanted something new. But also something in my price range. Ron showed me a couple of new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. One was a four door white and black and had a hard top with a soft top also. Had an Upgraded stereo system. Ron brought out the keys and we took it for a test drive and he was awesome. He told me about all the different features on this model. this was the jeep for me. So many things you can do to a Jeep to make it your own. Ron worked me and got my payments where I wanted them to be. Super nice Person, Not pushy, helps you figure out what works best for what you want in a vehicle. Please go by and ask for "Ron". I love my Jeep. Paula More

Ron does not come across like a typical car dealer. He was NOT pushy. He answered questions and showed me several vehicles. I was on the fence between new and used. I looked at both. No pressure to upset. I decided upon a 2016 JKU Rubicon. We drove it and I was hooked. We came back to the dealership and the paper work began. This is when I met Harriet in the finance office. Such a smooth experience there too. I have to say... this is my/our 14th Jeep. Yes, that is right.... I bought my first Jeep in the early 90's. They had been mostly used. A couple of new ones along the way. I am a Jeep Man and my wife and daughters all drive Jeeps.. I'll add, Tommy in service was great too. Everyone I have dealt with at Beamans were great.
