It's all too easy to have a problem that will send you looking anywhere but for your next vehicle purchase. Not the case with Beaman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. After a drunken fool decided to use my lane while going in the opposite direction, I was VERY quickly in the market for another vehicle. After browsing a few other car lots, once again Mickey Dolan was the guy that got me into the truck that suited both my taste and my wallet. Listening is an attribute that is not universal in the used car business. Mickey listened to my tale of a near death experience and the type of truck that I hoped to have to replace the one that was taken away from its place on this Earth way too young. Let us hope it will carry on as a donor to other mechanized victims of vehicular mayhem. RIP. All the people there were very friendly and seemingly not put off by my chatty nature. A good selection, a good salesman and I was financed and driving it home without a tension headache. Who could ask for more ? First off, if you drop your vehicle off early in the morning, dont expect a phone call until either the end of the day, or if you call them, they never seem to have an update or answer. My vehicle has been there 5 or more times for the same exact issue, that its had since purchase. Each and every time I have taken it in, they never find the problem, and always say the vehicle is "good to go". I had to call customer care, and even after taking it back to the dealership via customer care, the issue is still there. Their service dept never calls you back, never has an update/answer, and can not find the issue with the vehicle. It seems like they just let your vehicle sit out on the lot all day, and never touch it. I'm done with this place. I will never buy from here, or ever bring my vehicle back to this place for any kind of service. And I will make sure to let other people know to stay away. If they cant fix an actual issue, I wouldn't want them doing maintenance on my vehicle. I will take my vehicle to another dealership from now on. More
