disappointed We recently purchased a used vehicle from Beaman. We were very disappointed. We test drove the vehicle in the middle of a thunderstorm. It's hard to t We recently purchased a used vehicle from Beaman. We were very disappointed. We test drove the vehicle in the middle of a thunderstorm. It's hard to tell a lot about a vehicle when driving in those conditions. But we assumed when purchasing a $14,000 vehicle there wouldnt be anything wrong with it. By the time we left it was dark outside. My husband checked the tires. There was maybe 15% tread left on them. We had a 2 hour drive back home with a newborn in the car and in the pouring rain. Our salesman Mickey Dolan was very helpful with this issue. He allowed us to come back a few days later and they put a set of used tires on. Back to the day we got the car. We started the car to leave. One of the headlights was out! Again we had a 2 hour drive in the rain. The breaks were grinding. They had to be changed the next day along with installing new headlights.. We went the get gas in the new vehicle and the gas cap doesnt work properly. It had to be pried open. I was only given one key to the car. The key is not programmed. Therefore I cant even lock my new $14,000 car. When i asked if they would replace the breaks when they put the new tires on, I was told it was sold as-is. These are things that should have been inspected before being the vehicle on the market in the first place. Overall I did not have a good experience. I will not make another purchase at Beaman nor will i recomend them to anyone else. More
