Taken my Daughters Jeep (which we bought new from them) there over 6 times and problem still not fixed. Took pictures and videos and they chose to do nothing. They even left parts off that I'm not sure w there over 6 times and problem still not fixed. Took pictures and videos and they chose to do nothing. They even left parts off that I'm not sure when or how long it's been missing. Service department is horrible and needs to be replaced along with the Service manager before they lose more customers. I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from them now. More

The staff was friendly, but didn’t fix either warranty related problem. Basically dismissed both. Loosing coolant and smell after shutdown in front of radiator however no leak visible. They Performed a pr related problem. Basically dismissed both. Loosing coolant and smell after shutdown in front of radiator however no leak visible. They Performed a pressure check that didn’t show a leak but I’ve read online about many radiator leaking problem in recent years. Blamed oil leak residue on bottom of A/C compressor a spill during oil change. More

Has to be one of the Worst car dealerships I have ever been to, As for there sales team I could not say anything as I purchased my Chrysler elsewhere. 'However their service department & Parts department 'WOW' I've been in the car industry for over 15 yrs and never have I seen 2 Department be so bad. Starting with their customer service and ability to acknowledge their customers while they're in the building....... As a former Fleet manager and department head I would overhaul both of these departments to service my customers with a far better experience. Because if not done You'll have to close up shop.... maybe that's what is happening....? More
