My scheduled appointment was at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:07 pm. Terrible, Horrible and unacceptable customer service! 4 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation? Plenty of staff members walked by and no one said Hi. Not even, have you been helped or can I assist you with anything. I then go outside to seek help but the lady who was out there was busy and she said she'll be right with me. I go back to sit down and wait. Never came back. I go back there again, she's on the phone. I then head to the front of the dealership and found a sales lady. I don't know her name but thanks to her for going above and beyond the call of duty to get me some assistance. As she stated, she wouldn't know who had my car because she doesn't work back there. Finally, someone came back to assist me. I said what's wrong with my car? Because if you had my car for 4 hours, it's clearly something wrong it. He said nothing is wrong with it. He went over the reason for service and he took care of the bill. He was nice pleasant and very apologetic. He said the guy who checked me in left for the day and my car got lost in the shuffle. If he was leaving for the day the appropriate thing to do is let the staff know. And, he walked right by me and didn't nothing. How does a car get lost in the shuffle? If there's anything wrong with my car I will be bringing it back. I'll be contacting corporate, Google reviews, and the Better Business Bureau. More
We were looking for a Lexus a couple years old and found one at Beaman in Antioch. We worked with Misty and she was fantastic to work with. No high pressure or over the top discussions from her. We were passing through Nashville on a Friday night and our 2023 Tahoe broke down. We called the first GMC dealer that appeared on our phone. The service dept. got us in the next morning. They needed to our 2023 Tahoe broke down. We called the first GMC dealer that appeared on our phone. The service dept. got us in the next morning. They needed to get a part. they got it on Monday and fixed it promptly. The service they provided was second to none. They even paid for a Lyft to get us to and from the hotel. AMAZING!!!!!!! We even thought of buying a new GMC so we could continue traveling home to Minnesota. The sales dept (Presleigh Jaggers) had no obligation to work with us because of the chances of us as a return customer due to the distance between Minnesota and Nashville, they still gave all the attention to sales detail as if we would be a repeat customer. 9/7/23 Thurs. – Took 2021 Yukon to Beaman GMC dealership. Check engine light was on. Reduced power. Part was ordered. 9/8/23 Friday –Waiting for part. Waiting on warranty decision. 9/9/23 Saturday – Still waiting for part. It was decided that the repair was under warranty. Was told to go ahead and rent a vehicle; as repair is under warranty and the GMC/warranty would reimburse him for the rental and GMC Reunite would deliver the vehicle at no charge to Wood stock Illinois, an 8 hr. drive from the dealership. 9/11 Monday, 9/12 Tuesday, 9/13 Wed. – still waiting for the part. 9/13 Wed., Mathew/service dept. said the mechanic deemed the damage wasn’t covered under warranty because he thought someone other than a GMC mechanic had worked on the vehicle. The Saturday mechanic is out of the country and the Customer Service Manager is on vacation “ This is a GMC serviced vehicle!”. They lied -we found out the part wasn’t ordered until 9/11! They lied - They now said the repair is NOT under warranty and the GMC/warranty would NOT reimburse for the rental and GMC Reunite would NOT deliver the vehicle at no charge. We were told the cost to repair it and upon completion we can come pick up the vehicle. We are 8 hours away! More
Beaman has refused to pay off my trade even after a month. They won’t answer emails or calls and now I’m faced with paying two car loans which I cannot afford right now. I’ve never had such a bad experience and after all the anxiety, stress, and sleepless nights I really just want this nightmare to be over…but it’s not. I’ll be taking legal action against these scam artists. More
Bought a new vehicle. Took to long for the transaction. However, received an email that my tag would be delayed because of a covid outbreak in the Davidson County Clerks Took to long for the transaction. Replied to the email address that I was told to reply to the next day. I have since left 5 separate messages over the next five days, and still have not received a call back. Asked to speak with the general manager or someone at higher level and the call screeners said they could not and then hung up on me. More

The WORST experience ever! !! Had money for a new truck and when we showed up I was told that they would NOT sell it to my handicapped husband unless we 100% financed it. They w !! They LIED ( I have it all on text ) had us drive from Clarksville in hopes that we would fall into their scam of 100% financing to capitalize on such few new trucks that they are receiving.! SO wrong, mean and just downright ugly.!! Don’t waste your time with Andy or this dealership! Found what we wanted in Paris, Tn. at Peppers!! Ask for Hunter.! He treated us right and didn’t lie or waste our time.!!! He was straight up with everything!! Needless to say….. I turned this into channel 4news and I hope they take this story.! Andy blamed his boss, said he was mad and he left work… HA!!!!! and wouldn’t sell my handicapped husband a truck “FOR CASH” ( cashier check) after telling us it was okay. Our cash is NO good????? Don’t waste your time with this pitiful dealership!!! So sad!!! Beware.!!!!!!!!!! More
