Great Experience I was very pleased with Beach Ford. My wife was in an accident and her car was totaled. So, we had a limited window to shop for a new vehicle. We r I was very pleased with Beach Ford. My wife was in an accident and her car was totaled. So, we had a limited window to shop for a new vehicle. We researched pricing online and found a Certified Pre-owned at a very competitive price. The entire process was painless. We visited the dealership the day after the accident. I explained that we needed to wait for her car to be "officially" totaled (I was sure it was) before we could buy anything. Our salesperson, Faron, showed us a vehicle that was perfect. We drove it and he let us go without hassle or pressure. Three days later we received word that our previous vehicle was in fact totaled and we should proceed with buying another one. I called Faron and set up a time. We drove it again, went inside and worked out the paperwork. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Two important facts about my situation. I spend many years in the car business, so it was strange to sit on the other side of the desk. Believe me, they want to sell you a car, but they also care about getting you what you want and something you can afford. Second, I did some work for the owner of this company through my work. When going through the finance portion, be sure to ask questions, especially when confronted with the question about an extended warranty. Make sure you know all the limitations of the agreement, years covered and mileage covered, and you will have a great experience there as well. More

Upgrading to newer vehicle I must say, that dealing with a car dealer is not high on my priority list. Due to some past experiences, I don't look forward to upgrading my vehicles, so when it came time to give our 2002 model a rest, we did some research & decided on Beach Ford Group. I must say, that it was a most pleasant experience. After deciding on the upgrade, we decided on the Ford Edge offered by Beach. The whole experience was a comfortable, laid back transaction. No pressure, no hype, no take it or leave it attitudes. Our sales rep. Bob Rebb was very professional but comforting to work with. I look forward to many years of service from my vehicle & I think I have found the Dealer of choice.
