Enjoyable maintenance appointnent. This was my first oil change on my Ford Escape with Beach Ford. The people working there were very friendly and punctual. After waiting only a little over a half an hour a tire rotation in addition to the oil change was complete. The young man at the counter explained all the items they checked. Very thorough.
