I had a problem with my steering column. Joshua went out of his way to solve the problem asap. He was concerned about my safety and insisted that I should not attempt to drive the truck even for a short dis of his way to solve the problem asap. Customer service was excellent; not high pressure and interested that I got the car I wanted. My car had to be gotten from a dealer 200 miles away and it was found and here the next day. The overall experience made trading in my former Mazda 3, a 2006 very easy and I got an excellent price for my former low mileage car.
