This was my first visit to Beach Ford, but it will not be my last. From the time of arrival, everyone was very courteous and made me feel just as important as the next person. Everything was great. We had previously purchased a Ford Edge from James Brown in July 2010. I had a problem with my steering column. Joshua went out of his way to solve the problem asap. He was concerned about my safety and insisted that I should not attempt to drive the truck even for a short dis of his way to solve the problem asap. He made the arrangements for us to have a loaner car over the weekend while he searched and found a replacement part. Great service. Wonderful experience considering the circumstances. Customer service was excellent; not high pressure and interested that I got the car I wanted. My car had to be gotten from a dealer 200 miles away and it was found and here the next day. All the paper work and finances were handled quickly and efficiently. My salesperson was very nice and responsive to my requests. The overall experience made trading in my former Mazda 3, a 2006 very easy and I got an excellent price for my former low mileage car. The price of my new car along with 0% financing for part of the purchase price made this a win-win situation for me. I recommend Beach Automotive group. More
We leased a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. It is our second purchase at Beach Ford. Everyone was warm and friendly. Our salesman Rich Rizzo was exceptionally pleasant to deal with.
