Two and 1/2 years ago, March 12,2009, I bought a Mazda Tribute (brand new left over 2008). I went on the Internet and shopped price. I found Crown Ford of Fayetteville to be the "best deal". After filling out the necessary paperwork I was contacted (via email) with all kinds of promises to be provided by their management team. I responded -- no answer -- I then received a questionaire asking me for the same information I had provided them in my initial email contact. Then I gave up! Being out of town, your check engine light comes on, and the car goes into safe mode is not something you want. But it happens. Luckily we found Beach Automotive in Myrtle Beach, SC. I must say from the moment I searched on line and found the Explorer that suited me, Beach Automotive and the sales team were awesome!! Scott was fantastic, he took the time with my husband and I to show the Explorer that suited me, Beach Automotive and the sales team were awesome!! Scott was fantastic, he took the time with my husband and I to show us everything this car will do and then some!! Being from the “older” generation, it was refreshing to know that there are salesmen out there that will take the time with us older folks who aren’t as sharp with all this new technology! At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase my vehicle from Scott or Cliff. They both understood when we told them I wanted to go home and crunch my numbers!! My husband and I were both fully satisfied with the rebates, the offer we were given but for us, it was crunching our numbers!! Again, Scott was wonderful to work with and I will be stopping in to see him soon with some more questions!! Thank You all for making our buying experience a good one!! More
