Vernon is very personable, friendly and helpful. He even synched our phones. Have an 13 Edge. The FAB on the key broke. First time that ever happened to me for any car. The dealer flatly agreeded it was unuasal. Ford replaced the key (no charge) and thanked me for doing busines that ever happened to me for any car. The dealer flatly agreeded it was unuasal. This is my second transaction with Beach Automotive, having retired to SC in 2009. I was extremely pleased with my lease transaction in 2010, and equally satisfied with my recent lease for a 2013 Mazda having retired to SC in 2009. I was extremely pleased with my lease transaction in 2010, and equally satisfied with my recent lease for a 2013 Mazda 3. In terms of price/payments, I don't think any customer can feel completely informed or satisfied since there are so many variables in presenting a "deal" to the customer. However, as I wrote in an email to Dorothy Cooper, working with her and Tony, was like working with "old friends." Naturally, I would not hesitate to do business with them again! From day one Beach Ford stayed in touch with us, for we live in Moncks Corner, SC.
