DJ was friendly, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable and understood with what we told him about our circumstances, took control and delivered. This was done all over the phone and fax, Credit app, sticker price on car and estimated "Buyers Order and Invoice". DJ made this sale work quickly and smoothly. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive and all this over the phone. After DJ sold the car he then transfered everything over to Steve who made 2 calls to us and met us at the office for delivery of the vehicle. Steve, also was very friendly, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable of sales. When Steve was finsihed with his work he turned us over to Jim Gunter for the final paper work and our signatures for the sale of the Ford Fiesta. Jim again made things run smoothly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the software he was using. He also got us the best deal either 0% interest or 2.64% interest rate for 48 months. Jim explained both with what we were financing and we made the selection. He was so helpful. If Beach Automotive is giving out awards for the year we hope that these 3 people are in the game and are selected.
