Very happy service customer. My wife and I just recently moved to the area from New England. My Mustang started to misfire after the trip down, and after sitting out in the rain My wife and I just recently moved to the area from New England. My Mustang started to misfire after the trip down, and after sitting out in the rain for about a month. I called Beach Ford for an appointment to get it checked out because they were the closest dealer to where we are staying. They were very helpful over the phone and were able to take my car in on the day and time I had available. They diagnosed the problem, explained their findings and made recommendations for the repair. I authorized those repairs and had them perform routine maintenance as well. The job was done well, at a reasonable cost, and the car was ready ahead of when I expected it. All the people there in the service department were very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to take my car back there for future work. More
