When the salesperson I first talked to couldn't answer all my questions about the cars condition they went out, checked the car over and called me back immediately. After we settled on a price and set up a time to pick the car up I headed off. Bob Rebb was my contact, he texted several times to check on my progress, met me at the dealership, walked me through the paperwork, and even checked to make sure the ride home was a good one. I made an appointment on Saturday 01-07-17 to have the service work done Wednesday 01-11-17 at 9:30 am at Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC. The paperwork was done, the defective part was replaced and the car ready to go in only 40 minutes. Very good, especially since I was not paying for the repair. Headlights are 100% reliable now. I used the online trade-in tool through Beach Automotive and got my quote (which accurately represented how much I actually got for my old car). The sales department almost instantly reached out to set up an appointment to bring in my old vehicle and look for a new one. We walked in looking for something along the lines of a Chevy Equinox or Ford Edge, but little did we know that the best salesman around, Vince Clapp, knew what we were looking for better than we did. The very first car he showed us, the Mazda CX-5, became our next vehicle. He showed us the vehicles we initially thought we wanted but at the end of the day the Cx5 kept calling our name. The staff at Beach Auto are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly without being at too pushy. I can't say enough about the great experience we had. But I can assure you we will never buy a vehicle through any other dealership except Beach Auto! More
