When the salesperson I first talked to couldn't answer all my questions about the cars condition they went out, checked the car over and called me back immediately. After we settled on a price and set up a time to pick the car up I headed off. Bob Rebb was my contact, he texted several times to check on my progress, met me at the dealership, walked me through the paperwork, and even checked to make sure the ride home was a good one. I made an appointment on Saturday 01-07-17 to have the service work done Wednesday 01-11-17 at 9:30 am at Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC. The paperwork was done, the defective part was replaced and the car ready to go in only 40 minutes. Very good, especially since I was not paying for the repair. Headlights are 100% reliable now. More
