Beach Ford

From the time I walked into the dealership until taking delivery of our new Taurus the following day,I found the overall experience exceptional. I don't happen to like shopping for a car but as my wife nee delivery of our new Taurus the following day,I found the overall experience exceptional. I don't happen to like shopping for a car but as my wife needed a new car it had to be done. Incidentally, we purchased her 2001 Taurus Wagon in June, 2001. We purchased her new Taurus this past August 31st, 2011. My experience at Beach Ford started with meeting the salesperson, Mary Turner who greeted me in a very friendly manner. She was courteous, knowledgeable of the various models and very patient. Understand that I had just come from the Chevy dealership across the street. I had my mind made up that I was going to buy a Chevy Malibu and stopped in Beach Ford as an afterthought. We test drove a number of vehicles and I had fun doing it. NO PRESSURE FROM MARY! That is the key. She explained each vehicle in detail as I was test driving them. She explained all features, engine types, and the difference between each vehicle and how it would apply to our needs. After a couple of hours I thought I had my mind made up until I saw the 2011 Taurus. Mary and I test drove it and she gave me a quick summary of all the features. The rest is history as we took delivery the next morning. Mary has a great sense of humor and made the paperwork and financing as painless as possible. The credit manager was friendly, professional and very quick. Beach Ford gave us a good discount for our trade in and were able to price the vehicle within my range. I was very satisfied with the price. Mary was on hand the following morning as my wife and I,and our two daughters picked up the vehicle. Mary made a little celebration out of it; presenting us the new car and showing my wife and I all the different features. We loved every minute of it and my wife is loving her new 2011 Taurus. After looking at almost every dealership in town, I didn't hesitate to purchase from Beach Ford after dealing with my salesman, John Schlick. Even though I might have been persuaded to purchase a pricier vehicle, he actually took the time to keep reminding me and redirecting me to the vehicles with the features I was looking for. I really appreciated the time and effort John put into helping me find the car of my dreams, but most of all the integrity he demonstrated during the course of my search. I was extremely impressed that he actually cared enough to help me find what I wanted versus trying to get me to spend as much as he could. Also, unlike the other salesmen at other dealerships, he never once talked to me like I didn't know anything about cars. He was very respectful and courteous and I, being a female, truly appreciated that. I've also had to visit your service center twice since purchasing my vehicle and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Both times that I stopped in to let the service department know I was having trouble with something, they've been very kind to help me right on the spot and never once did I have to make an appointment. We've always purchased our vehicles right next door to you guys from RK Chevrolet for the past 20 years. Now I have to wonder.. WHY?!!! More

I am ALWAYS pleased with the superior service I get at Beach Ford. I would never purchase a vehicle from anyone else. Over the years I have bought 3 pickup trucks (the last one was a King Ranch which I Beach Ford. I would never purchase a vehicle from anyone else. Over the years I have bought 3 pickup trucks (the last one was a King Ranch which I still have), 2 Escapes (2008s for my daughters) and 2 Edges (a 2008 and now a 2011). The Edge is one of the finest, coolest cars I have ever owned. I would also never take my vehicles anywhere but Beach Ford for service. They always do a great job and are concerned that the work is done right the first time. My daughters (21 and 19) take their Edges their for oil changes and routine maintenance. They are treated so well. I strongly recommend Beach Ford to anyone who is considering purchasing a Ford or Lincoln product. More

Dear Mr. Barton Dear Mr. Barton Dear Mr. Barton May 9, 2011 I am sending you this email to explain to you the above subject. I purchased a 2002 Lincoln continental in November of 2010. I went to the Virginia beach location. I have credit issues, so I was refereed to a Mr. André dreesch, he showed be several cars and trucks in my price range. after I selected the 2002 Lincoln, he also told me about lots of extra I get from buying from beach ford. the main thing that stuck with me was the $1,000 maintenance for my car if I should need it. well I recently drove to fort Leonard wood, mo. to see my youngest son graduate from the army boot camp. we drove 1,044 miles to get there. once we got there the rear suspension failed and needed repair. I had no extra money or credit cards to use. I called André, and explained to him my problem. he was very concerned and helpful. he had one of the mechanics call me the following morning with several suggestions to fix my car, none worked. so I took it to the local ford dealer and explained to him what my problem was and that I had no money to fix it. I called André and he only asked for a written quote from the dealer, which totaled over $788.00 and that was it. I was very impressed with not only André keeping his word, but with beach ford as well. less than a hour after picking up my car, the same problem happened again, as it turned out it was a “height sensor” that went bad along with my compressor. again I called André and he took care of it. I already thanked GOD, now I want to thank you and your team of honest professionals. we made the return trip back home, safe and sound.
