Service Advisor TOM BEST IS THE BEST. He got me checked in promptly and had my car delivered to the service area for Service Technician AL DIMAIUAT to perform the maintenance as requested by me. Both TOM and AL are to be commended for the outstanding accomplishment of getting my car serviced and back to me in less than an hour. As I have repeatedly said, "The Service Department is what makes Beach Ford's reputation. Without an OUTSTANDING Service Department you have NO reputation. I know about maintenance as for almost 20 years in the Navy I serviced Nuclear Weapons, and their test and handling equipment all over the world. Be it on land sites or the aircraft carriers, so I feel I am very qualified in recognizing OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP, be it the Service Advisor of the Sevice Technician. GREAT JOB TOM AND AL!!!! More

Very pleased with the speed of the service visit especially for the number of services requested. They also informed me of another service item that was needed which I agreed to have them do as I h especially for the number of services requested. I went to Beach Ford to purchase a brand new Ford Focus to replace the 2002 Expedition we had bought over a decade ago (we also bought the Expedition from Beach Ford as well). I met up with Craig Hughes in to replace the 2002 Expedition we had bought over a decade ago (we also bought the Expedition from Beach Ford as well). I met up with Craig Hughes in the lobby of the dealership, and I told him exactly what I was looking. He and I then went for a test drive with two different configurations of the Ford Focus, and then helped me pick out the one that I felt was appropriate for me. He genuinely cares for all of his clients and their needs, and was extremely diligent in getting the paperwork and other stuff out of the way to make my first buying experience as smooth as possible. The other people at Beach Ford were also helpful as well, offering me accessories and other options to improve my experience with the car. In the end, I walked away with a brand new, fully-loaded 2012 Ford Focus with all of the trimmings, and an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Craig Hughes and Beach Ford to anyone looking to buy a nice, very reliable, and affordable Ford vehicle. More

We went by one Ford dealer and when we told the salesman what we were shooting My wife and I decided that we wanted a newer car than the one we had. We went by one Ford dealer and when we told the salesman what we were shooting for he told us "yes everyone wants a deal like that." as if we were being ridiculous. The next day we went to Beach Ford and were met by Roy Brunner. He ask what we were interested in and we told him what we wanted in a car and a deal. "Let's see what we can do. The first dealer had put us in a Fiesta but we never got to drive a Focus. The car we were interested in. Roy pulled one around the front of the dealership and My wife and I with Roy in the back finally got to drive a Focus. When we got back to the dealership Roy ask what features we were interested in and what we were looking for in a payment. Roy found a car with the features we wanted in Sonic Blue. No white silver or grey please. We had a trade in that we still owed on and Roy took our tradein to the appraiser and when he came back we got down to brass tacks. To make a long story short when Mr. Brunner and Mr. Henry showed us the deal they had it was better than we had anticipated. Mr. Henry walked us throught the paper work, answering all our questions while Roy filled the gas tank and gave the car a final fluffing. Roy then brought us out to the car and spent time going over all the features with us and inviting us back for a Saturday session after we had familiarized ourselves with the Focus. just had a terrible experience with the dealership. They sold me a car that was supposed to have cruise control and delivered it to me without it. I took it anyway because they did not charge me for the cr sold me a car that was supposed to have cruise control and delivered it to me without it. I took it anyway because they did not charge me for the cruise control, and they told me not to worry that it would be available in 6 months. It was not available in 6 years. They just flat out lied to me. I was most disappointed with their service also. The passenger side door did not close unless you slammed it full force. After the service department, said.. we can't fix this.. (a brand new car mind you!) They referred me to body service, didn't offer to set up an appointment or help me.. just gave me the address and said set up your own appointment with them. I was so mad I could barely control myself. I took it myself to their auto body repair and that was the only bright spot.. those guys were polite and did their best to fix the problem. Parts department? Sucks too. They charge you 10% more then Freedom Ford in Norfolk , where I didn't even buy it from. More

My salesman was superb, William Ballance. He bent over backawards keeping me informed of the progress of my new Mustang.
