Extremely Disappointed – Ford “Blue Certified” Means Nothing I purchased a nearly $70,000 Ford pickup that was advertised as Blue Certified, supposedly meaning it was free from defects. However, the vehicle was sold with an existing issue—an annoying rattle/clunk coming from the suspension—that was not disclosed at the time of sale. The lack of accountability to properly address and resolve the issue has been tiresome and extremely disappointing. I’ve brought the vehicle in multiple times and have now spent over $500 trying to get it fixed—with no resolution. First, I was told a shock rebuild would correct the issue—it didn’t. Then, the exhaust was rewelded, which also failed to resolve the problem. While the service department has been cooperative and trying to help, the issue still exists. I’m left with a persistent defect and out-of-pocket expenses for a vehicle that should have never left the lot in this condition. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received the title for the vehicle. I understand that out-of-state registration can be more complex, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and poor follow-up. I’ve had to call multiple times and eventually go in person just to get basic answers—something that should be handled professionally and efficiently. I expected far better when buying a premium vehicle under a certified program. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Ford’s certification process to anyone. More

Worst service department and customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. My car had to have battery replaced and was there for over a week. They stored the dirty parts in my front seat and their dirty b had to deal with. My car had to have battery replaced and was there for over a week. They stored the dirty parts in my front seat and their dirty battery charger in my back seat. I asked my service advisor, Erica if they could wash and vacuum my car and was told they don’t have a detail department onsite. I said I only want it washed and vacuumed and she said they still could not provide me that courtesy after storing dirty parts in my front and back seat. More
Been very pleased with Beach Ford's service after purchasing an $85,000 / 2023 F150 platinum truck, especially their mobile service. However, my truck had a rear axle bolt shear off, which it was under 'recall' from FEB 2021 - DEC 2022.......My truck was manufactured Feb 8, 2023; therefore, they said it did not fall within the timeframe of the recall. They said they reached out to FORD and did get the repairs knocked down from $1,000 to $150, which I agreed to before knowing about the recall. Once the work was completed, I spoke with Lucas whom eventually dismissed the $150, AFTER A LONG DISCUSSION, but for the most part he insuated that I was being unreasonable and not transparent! Not sure anybody else would agree with Beach Ford saying that I needed to pay anything especially since there was a recall for the EXACT situation - missed by 5 weeks, and it is a Safety Issue?? I still am dumbfounded how they would even ask for ANY payment since it was clearly a factory defect, which was recognized and documented. Any thoughts?? I don't like giving them only 3 stars, because all my other visits have been professional and considerate. This one just left a bad taste in my mouth More
I had my Ford Mustang serviced at Beach Ford this week with service advisor Erica. I had a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation done. Erica contacted me shortly after they opened at 7:00 am to review the work order and my time needs. She was very friendly and professional. She maintained excellent communication during the service offering required and optional repairs. I was able to pick up my car an hour early! She even contacted me today to make sure I was happy with everything! I am very much and will continue going to Beach Ford and now Erica for my automotive needs! Thank you! More
