The only minor negative was the wait as I was told I would spend 30-50 minutes here and it was more like 2 hours, but I expected a bit of a wait so I'm not going to take off stars for this - just something to keep in mind! I took my less than one year old Toyota that had just a few thousand miles on it in for a safety recall. I took the car home, put it on my lift and inspected all four sets of pads and rotors. They were in perfect condition. As was the air filter and the engine oil. What a disgusting attempt at ripping off a customer. Find a mechanic that you can trust. More

Asked the salesman to show me where this was disclosed in the ad and showed him my copy of the ad. He couldn't find the "small letter" he kept referring to anywhere. A complete waste of time.
