I brought my Ram truck to Bayway for the first time for service. The issue was covered under warranty and should have been a simple repair. I was promised a diagnostic would be run in 24-48 hours. The diagnostic was complete over 72 hours after I dropped off the vehicle on a Monday. Due either to incompetence of the technician and/or inadequate information from the manufacturer, the technician could not get the warning message to reset following the repair. My truck was at Bayway for 30 days. I incurred over $1,500 in auto rentals, and Bayway used up nearly an entire tank of fuel putting over 300 miles on the odometer with test drives to reset the computer. Despite it being a warranty repair, neither Bayway nor Ram were willing to do anything to assist with my expenses due to their inability to complete a repair in a timely manner. I will not be returning to Bayway and would not recommend them to anyone else.
