THEY DO BAD BUSINESS! !! THEY YOLD ME WHAT THEY NEEDED TO TELL ME TO GET ME TO SIGN THE PAPERS!!! I am absolutely disappointed in this truck buying experience. They didn’t !! THEY YOLD ME WHAT THEY NEEDED TO TELL ME TO GET ME TO SIGN THE PAPERS!!! I am absolutely disappointed in this truck buying experience. They didn’t complete the paperwork and then harassed me for a week to get me to come back and finish the paperwork they didn't complete. That’s not even half of it. One of their employees kept asking me to fill out their review and to make sure I give them 5 stars…. HE LITERALLY SAID TO ME IF YOU SCRATCH MY BACK ILL SCRATCH YOURS. They agreed to send a check to my bank to pay off the car and the remaining balance of another small loan. The salesman told me that they would send the total amount to pay off the loans. Otherwise I wouldn’t have agreed to do the sale. The finance officer then told me the same thing. I am beyond upset because here we are a month later and they STILL have not upheld their end of the bargain. THEY JUST TOLD ME YES TO GET THE SALE AND THEN PUT ME TO THE SIDE. I have been trying to resolve this for a week over the phone and they resolved NOTHING. And when I showed up in person they claimed to STILL Not have the check ready. I am DISGUSTED with the way they have done business with me. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN!!! More
