This is a very deceptive Jeep Dealership…. .Unfortunate, my wife and I have been waiting for over 8 weeks to just get our manufactured, defected radio replaced on our Jeep Grand Cherokee.....Th .Unfortunate, my wife and I have been waiting for over 8 weeks to just get our manufactured, defected radio replaced on our Jeep Grand Cherokee.....The damaged radio has a bubbled screen which the Bayway Jeep Dealership confirmed is covered under warranty....What good is the Jeep Warranties if Jeep is not honoring them and they simply give you the run around..... We have been calling every week and keep getting different excuses as to why our replacement radio has not arrived. We had a call from the Service Manager: Cody that promised to have our replacement radio the very next day which was to arrive from Dallas, Texas…….Of course, this was just another lie…..On top of the many insults, the dealership wanted us to purchase another Warranty, but as mention above: What good is the Jeep Warranties if Jeep is not honoring them and they simply give you the run around..... Sadly enough Jeep can't replace a crappie radio and yet here are the Chinese honoring their warranties and replacing entire Toyota Tacoma transmissions.....Dam Jeep, I love the Jeep Brand but you guys are making it easy to walk away and purchase something else......And by the way, I even have a Jeep Gladiator and God forbid something breaks on that. More

I brought my Jeep in due to Jeep Gladiator serviced at your dealership, and I wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I am with the experience. I brought my Jeep in due to a couple of issues: a faulty battery and side steps that weren’t deploying when I opened the door. From start to finish, your team handled everything with impressive professionalism and efficiency. First off, I was amazed at how quickly you were able to address the problems. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, which got me back on the road without any unnecessary delays. The battery, which turned out to be the main issue, was replaced at no charge since it was covered under warranty—such a relief! On top of that, you fixed the side steps free of charge as well, even though I wasn’t sure what to expect for that repair. When I came to pick up my Jeep, I was thrilled to find out there was nothing to pay. The entire process was seamless, and knowing that everything was taken care of at no cost to me made the experience even better. I’m genuinely happy and satisfied with the service I received at your dealership.
