Pleasant and easy. When I called, Richard had my claim number ready. He worked with me to find a time in my busy schedule both for dropping the car off and picking it When I called, Richard had my claim number ready. He worked with me to find a time in my busy schedule both for dropping the car off and picking it up. Paperwork went quickly. I enjoyed visiting with the young man who drove me home and picked me up. My car looks great. The dent is gone and the headlights polished, which I wasn't expecting. Finally Richard explained that I shouldn't use a high pressure hose on the new paint for six weeks. So I learned something. If I need repair work again, I will be happy to come here. More
