I had a terrible experience with another dealer holding the keys to my trade-in trying to make the deal, this was NOT the case with Strickland Chevrolet. Strickland was quite the opposite. They were very accomadating with all of our requests. I was out of town for this purchase and they were still a pleasure to work with. They were able to meet our budget and overnight all the paperwork with no issues. I will definitely purchase from them again when that time comes! More
