I would have given a half star if it would have allowed me to. My family and I have purchased vehicles from Baytown Nissan since the mid 1980's when they were still located on North Main near Ward Rd. Col me to. Collectively we have probably purchased about 15 new and used cars from them. After a recent experience with the service department and dealership management, my family and I will NEVER buy or take a car for service to them ever again. Furthermore I have begun to and will continue to tell all of my friends, family, coworkers, strangers etc the horrible experience I encountered the last few months of 2021. To summarize my experience, I had an electrical issue with my 2016 Nissan Frontier after an accident that was to be paid by the other drivers insurance. Baytown Nissan service department had the vehicle for over 2 weeks, were difficult to get answers from and then gave a very questionable diagnosis. When I tried to get explanations from VAL the service advisor, he said he didn't have time to discuss it. I physically went to the service department to try to get answers and basically was told by VAL, his supervisor and the acting General Manager that this was there diagnosis and that is what they would do to repair, even though they weren't sure it would fix the problem. Long story short, I had no air conditioner in the truck from June until November and when the part finally came in, of course it did not resolve the issue. I took my vehicle to Clear Lake Nissan in December and they had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 5 days. BAYTOWN NISSAN IS TRASH!!!! DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE THERE.... More

I was very disappointed to find out Baytown Nissan was being dishonest about the repairs my car needed! I went in for service a few weeks ago and somehow my appointment disappeared, even though I had a co being dishonest about the repairs my car needed! I went in for service a few weeks ago and somehow my appointment disappeared, even though I had a confirmation email from Nissan with date and time.. I spoke with their executive manager Mr. Bolten and he assured me when I came back the next day that they would take care of me and the issue I was having. The next day I returned and the Service team was very nice, but my issue didn't get resolved. My check engine light came back on within minutes of leaving the dealership, but I also received an email from Nissan for work I needed to have done right away. Having such a bad experience I took this car to several different mechanics for second opinion about the work they said I needed. Well it turns out Baytown Nissan was lying, my car didn't need a New Drive belt, Arm bushings etc.. The car only has 43,000 miles. I sent the Manager Mr. Bolten two different emails about this issue, I called several times but he can't be reached by phone either, very sad. I had previously communicated with Service Manager Andy but still haven't heard back from him either. So please be careful if they tell you your car needs repairs. The are very dishonest and definitely lacking in effective communication. Very disappointed especially when their manager told me face to face that they would get me taken care of, and now I can't get him to respond to my emails or phone calls. I was going to go back to the dealership and see him in person, but someone's who is that dishonest probably isn't worth the trip! Executive Manger and Service Manger are lacking in Good Customer Service and Communication. Major Integrity issues with Baytown Nissan, very sad because I have family and friends they have made many purchases throughout the years from them. Just make sure you get second opinion before doing any type of business with Baytown Nissan. More
