7/18/22 at 10am, I just left the Dealership service department very upset due to the way i was treated. I had a appointment for today for a recall on my Nissan Frontier. Keep in mind i took off from work to have this issues taken care of due to me living a hour away from the Dealership. They sent me a confirmation stating that my appoint was set . Once there i was informed that they couldn’t help me due to the parts not available just yet. I said someone should have called me called me and she started well you should have called us first before coming out, now this is the Service manager that now I’m talking to . Very rude talking as if I wasn’t understand what she was saying. Well at this point i asked for the Manger Supervisor in which she gave it to me. I made several calls to Her Supervisor in which wasn’t helpful if your mailbox is full and you can’t leave a message for that Manager to call you back. What a waste time. There service department needs more training on customer service and follow up calls on appointments if something has changed with you vehicle appointment. Now i took off from work so i can keep this appointment just to find out they couldn’t help me. Make this my last time dealing with Baytown Nissan. Very unorganized and customer service needs to be retrained. If i knew this was going to be happening once i paid this amount for this truck i would have back out the deal quickly. So disappointed in how i was treated in the service department. Beware of Baytown Nissan Service .........Mr.Williams More
Very bad customer service . I had a recall appointment scheduled and confirmed to find out that I took off from work to drive 1hour to get this taken care of and to be told that I had a recall appointment scheduled and confirmed to find out that I took off from work to drive 1hour to get this taken care of and to be told that they cannot help me due to not having to parts to repair. Than they told me I should have called first . WTH!!! They emailed me to confirm so that lets me know that everything was ready but once I arrived they said sorry. Very pissed 😤 so I asked for the Manager,Manager number and they just gave me a card and said here call this number. Well after wasting a full day off from work no pay I will be call the corporate number today…..Mr.Williams More

They delivered a new car to my home. It was full of hot wifi. Returned it to Baytown Nissan. Got a SUV with 225.00$ more payment. Have a permanent scar on my lip.
