Thank you for responding. I’m still upset at how I was treated by the service department. (Mgr) I just think that this could have been avoided if you Guys would have followed up with any changes to any service that’s t be done. I live in Beaumont,Texas and with gas prices and my time was a total waste and to be talked to like I’m not having any kind of understanding. My Salesman there was the only good thing I can say at this point that was very professional and courteous. Please just retrain the service department and that manager on follow up service calls maybe the day before someone like me have the same bad experience with you Guys (Baytown Nissan) Service Department.......Mr.Williams
