DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON! They were dishonest from the beginning. Before driving an hour and a half to the dealership after taking off work, I specifically asked if the truck They were dishonest from the beginning. Before driving an hour and a half to the dealership after taking off work, I specifically asked if the truck had been through service and passed, they told me yes. I have text evidence to support this. Immediately when we got there, they could not find the truck and eventually found it in the service department with a check engine light on. The salesman told me it had not been through service and because the check engine light is on, we’re not allowed to drive it. We went in to talk numbers in case it passed and they added $6000 to the advertised price of the truck. I asked them to take the EPP off and we could consider a purchase. He said let me talk to my manager about taking that off and I’ll be right back. When he sat down not five minutes later, he said the truck already been sold to someone else. (Mind you the truck had just been listed the day before, they didn’t even have pictures of it online) He even encouraged us to “outbid the other buyer”. There was no other buyer, this truck was underpriced from the beginning and used as a way to get us in there to try and sell us something else at our price point. Funny thing is, as we were leaving the dealership another customer and salesman drove by in the truck. If it’s too good to be true, it definitely is at this dealer. Avoid them at all costs! More

Typical used car sales. I’m not from Baytown and I was passing through. Purchased a certified pre-owned F250 Lariat and the salesperson let me take it home. The maps wouldn’t load, and the truck had, what most all 2017 F250 have, the “death wobble”. This is from the ball joint / bushing on the track bar. The salesperson told me to take it to the Ford dealership and give them the bill. In the middle of all this I had a new set of tires for the truck that I traded in and went out of my way to bring these tires to these crooks. When I got the time, less than a month, to bring the new truck to the Ford dealership it was found that there was a sensor issue with the maps and the cost was $1,400. The track bar hasn’t even been addressed as I’m just going to upgrade it. When I called the Sales dept and spoke with Billy Jones his only comment was “well you bought the warranty didn’t you”? Baytown Nissan is a joke because I have to do their dirty work to get a functioning truck that I paid more than top dollar for. Beware of these crooked salespeople. Billy Jones and salesman Kelton.
