When I called to ask a question I spoke with somebody named Sheila. I told her my situation and ask her if she was an appointment setter or is she someone who works at the dealership. She told me she wor named Sheila. I told her my situation and ask her if she was an appointment setter or is she someone who works at the dealership. She told me she worked at the dealership as a manager. We had a short discussion. I told her our situation, she said we could still be helped. After this discussion I filled out A finance application. She called me back 30 minutes later stating that I was approved 0 down for a 2023 nissan sentra sv. I asked her direct questions because I didn't want to waste our time. She couldn't answer my questions. But in short she said that I was approved 0 down. So my family and I came out there On Wednesday, June 7th 2023.. When we got there, the dealership was empty, and nobody asked us if we needed help. We were sitting there for at least 45 minutes before my husband finally went across to preowned to find someone to assist us .To make a long story short, Sheila lied to me. We had to do a paper application. Tiffany told us that the bank was willing to only let us do $150 payments. That's not what was told to me over the phone. I do not like people who don't tell me the truth .If I had known that, I would have never driven out there. Tiffany, the sales girl, did her best but was unable to help us. Tiffany was not the problem,Sheila was the one that lied. Im glad we didn't do business with this company. I do not like the sales person who is not direct and honest. I respect someone who is up front. That would save me a whole lot of time and trouble and gas. There's no point in doing an online application If we still have to do a paper app later. Don't say you have programs that help with Multi car ownership if That's not the case. Don't tell someone only fill out the online app. And then you're approved, but when you get there, you still have to do an application, that means there is no deal, there is no approval. Don't tell someone one thing and then when they get there, and they're told something completely different. The only reason why they got the second star was because of the aTiffany. These people are not honest never going back. More
*READ THE FINE PRINT* Took a 45 min drive to the dealership after online communication on the vehicle. Test drive went fine. Come time to seal the deal and agree on the numbers, they come back almos dealership after online communication on the vehicle. Test drive went fine. Come time to seal the deal and agree on the numbers, they come back almost 25k over listed price for additional add on (lift tires etc) not to mention EEP and other non value added dealer costs. After some back and forth, salesman stated that it's in the fine print on the add "options and fees not included" rather than listing vehicle for actual price and wasting people's time. Won't return! Worst dealer we ever dealt. The price listed might be low. After adding the non-value added costs (like EPP and MVA), the final price is much more than competitors. Stay away! Buyer BEWARE! When I went to Nissan Baytown, I was interested for a pre-owned Toyota Corolla 2020, advertised for $16,991 on their own website. The salesperson s When I went to Nissan Baytown, I was interested for a pre-owned Toyota Corolla 2020, advertised for $16,991 on their own website. The salesperson stated they are negotiating vehicles right now because they haven’t been hitting their sales numbers. Well maybe this is why. When I got there, after test driving and being a little confused on how they were getting the estimated monthly payment, finally figured out they have an additional $6,000 in add-ons. So I left to evaluate my finances to see if I could pay a little more per month. We go back there next day and let them run my credit to get a more solid monthly payment amount. They run my credit two times without my permission. When they got back with their best offer, I backed into the financed amount and determined that they were adding an additional 10% APR to the the car price, where their advertised said 5.54% I showed this to the manager and he just only said stupid excuses, like I don't have credit buying cars, but Im paying my house, my husband said, "ok no problem put the car on my name, because he have a car buyer history." The manager just change the conversation to his personal stories not about the car, STUPID!. This is unacceptable for a dealership to be able and falsely advertise by that amount. I understand some legit add-ons, but that goes too far. More

Sad excuse for salesmanship. If you’re not willing to use their in house finance get ready for a price hike. Ol “cowboy Casey” tried to tack on $4k to the advertised price of a u If you’re not willing to use their in house finance get ready for a price hike. Ol “cowboy Casey” tried to tack on $4k to the advertised price of a used vehicle when I turned down their financing under the guise of market adjustment which is typically applied to high demand new cars. They completely shutdown any chance of buying a vehicle when I wasn’t interested in their $5k maintenance package. I bought the exact same car with comparable mileage 2 days later at gullo toyota with no hassle and at a better price. If you walk in with the leverage they ain’t interested just another dealership taking advantage of ignorant consumers. More
