Fantastic staff! I normally don't bother with reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this place. I was just window shopping for a vehicle for my soon to be 16 year I normally don't bother with reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this place. I was just window shopping for a vehicle for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. I was up front with the rep that I wasn't buying anything, just looking. Prior experiences rendered a negative reaction to "just looking". Not here. My rep was courteous, respectful and professional throughout my time on the lot. He answered all of my questions and showed me every vehicle I showed interest in. A+ experience, and I will definitely be purchasing my daughters vehicle next week from Baytown Hyundai. More
