But revising a deal after delivery is the biggest sin that can occur in purchasing a car and after that nothing else matters. Caveat Emptor. More

Baytown Hyundai sold us a 2022 Kona at no market adjustment. To be clear, they agreed to sell it to us at the sticker price, plus TTL. I just wanted to start there. I called a lot of dealerships, from Tennessee to California. I found 3 that offered to sell at MSRP. Baytown Hyundai sent us a signed (by manager) quote, and we drove down and picked up the brand new Kona SEL. I have to give Kudos to Adrian, Mike, Jeff, and Jarryd. I had purchased 8 new cars over the last 30 years from a dealership family near Weatherford (Hudson Oaks). They "appreciated" me so much, that they wanted a $2850 "market adjustment". When I asked why, they said, and I quote, "Because we can.". Another dealership near Denton was quite proud of their $3000 market adjustment. Baytown Hyundai did not treat us that way. Adrian was really perfect. He had the car waiting for us when we arrived. So much was done over text and phone prior to us driving to them. Our vehicle had came off the truck the day before. We were in and out very quickly, and back on our drive back home. The car is gorgeous, and we are super pleased. Also, there was no pressure tactics at financing. I would highly recommend Baytown Hyundai, and I'd drive halfway across the state again to buy a car from them. More
Baytown Hyundai is THE BEST in car buying experience. Let's face it, in todays market, it's not the best time to buy a car! I put a question in online and KIMBERLY answered me right away! I asked for a quote on a car and in 4 minutes I had it. I went to several other dealerships and got quotes $14K over MSRP (that is not a typo) and long wait times. This is a no hassle car buying experience! Kimberly was knowledgeable, quick, responsive and down to earth (refreshing). The car was perfectly presented, she went through all the bells and whistles until she knew I was comfortable. I don't leave reviews-this was really a super easy experience. Ask for Kimberly, she will do you right!! More

I tried to call the service department and was on hold for 15+ minutes until I just gave up and reached out to another dealership instead. More
Had a bad experience. Bought a ford f150 2013 on 5th of February for around 15k, had a transmission broke down following. Didn't enjoy the car for 2 weeks.
