I had a bad dealings with this dealership on Wednesday 12/13. went over to the dealership around 7:30 that morning to look at a used 2018 GMC truck that was on the lot. Once the dealership opened. i calle 12/13. went over to the dealership around 7:30 that morning to look at a used 2018 GMC truck that was on the lot. Once the dealership opened. i called up there to talk to a sales person about a few things i seen wrong with the truck and wanted to see if they would work with me on it. So that's when i got to talk to Enrque M. the really unprofessional sale person who doesn't know how to talk to customer. i was standing in the lobby why i was on the phone with him asking about the truck and if they would work with me on some of the small things i seen on it earlier that morning and he began to tell me the price is what it is and that they already have it marked down. well i started to tell him about another truck i had found that was just like it with lower miles and priced a little more. then that's when he told me... then why are you still taking to me and not going to buy that once that the price on this truck is what it is. Then he had the nerve to ask me when i was going to come in and look at the truck not knowing that i was already there. he just never came out of his office.. So the whole thing is. Enrique M. was very unprofessional and obvious don't know how to treat people. I would watch it when doing business with this Dealership. especially if they are going to have sale guys that treat people like Enrique M. did me. Baytown Ford. More
