I purchased it 04/21/21, at another dealership, and Baytown Ford was closer to my home; I took it in the first time on 4/26, then again on 4/30, when I picked it up 5/3, it had a lot more miles on it than I was expecting, trying to get it the check engine , etc. lights to come on. When I picked it up, Mr. Elizondo said they had found the loose wire. I will continue to use this dealership…the don’t give up More

Place is not trust worthy. Had a recall on my truck FSA 19n01 but due to a branded title I have to pay for myself (that’s fine) but instead of charging me the 2.2hours of labor that is written on the FSA f 19n01 but due to a branded title I have to pay for myself (that’s fine) but instead of charging me the 2.2hours of labor that is written on the FSA from Ford the are charging me 6.
