Please read my Yelp review. I was not satisfied at all with my trip to the service Dept in BAYTOWN Ford. Ford has a national recall on there f-250 and 350 fleet that they have been knowing about and yet t with my trip to the service Dept in BAYTOWN Ford. Ford has a national recall on there f-250 and 350 fleet that they have been knowing about and yet they still sold me a high priced truck, over 80k ! And now it’s breaking down with only 50k miles on it! Unbelievable! More
My car seems to be good after worked on at the dealership. I’ve been a couple times and both times my car runs good. Great experience! Sales person was knowledgeable and very upfront on all of the questions I asked! Finance was quick and professional the only thing I have negative to say is they attached 3 charges for warr upfront on all of the questions I asked! We went to Baytown Ford to purchase our kids first vehicle since they're working now. We requested to see Alan Young because we heard great things about him and Baytown Ford. They stepped back to talk it ober amongst ourselves. We left there with exactly what we wanted. I was happy, my husband was happy, and most importantly my kids were happy. Thanks Baytown Ford.
