Volkswagen are you serious? Oh my, I never had this before. The dealership is rejecting me from repairs all the time. First my car was hit badly by someone, their full responsibility. Body shop spent over $10k to fix body part, so not any mechanical issues involved? Must be. My board light has different lights on and off, from engine light to flattire light to driving light etc. The one-year-old battery was dead two times in the month, and AAA driver told me there must be some loose connections which could even lead to fire. Your dealership said the engine light reason is the bad part under extended warranty, it's a free fix. But I am confused why the light is on this month, and it never happened before. I cant even make a copy of the key here because it's registered under my spouse's name, even I was given the authorization, and show the signature. My spouse just cant go there to order the key personally due to the distance. More

Great Service Team! I previously was going to another VW service center on Long Island and was not happy with the service we were receiving on our two Volkswagen's. Deci I previously was going to another VW service center on Long Island and was not happy with the service we were receiving on our two Volkswagen's. Decided to try Bayside Volkswagen's Service as we had bought our Tiguan from them back in 2010. Setting up our service appointment for our Toureag was quick and easy. Used the shuttle service to the LIRR and was on my way quickly. Herman was great at taking care of everything and will definitely continue to use them for future service needs. More

I arrived at 11:47AM, and was out by 1:00PM!! I was shocked, and now I will be going to Bayside VW from this day forward. Chris was attentive, and he explained everything that was going on with the car. 25 point vehicle inspection, and top off all fluids. Well I'm grateful, and the little faith I had in some of the VW dealer service centers has been restored for now. Thank you Chris and your staff!!! Good people at Bayside!! More

This is really the only decent VW Service department in the area. I've been burned by two other horrific VW Service departments so I'm glad Bayside exists for those of us that need better service.
