When I asked to be left to "roam" the display floor without sales help for a while, I was allowed to look around, get in and out of cars, slam doors, honk horns, etc., with no complaints from the patient and indulgent sales staff. We went away and returned the next day with two teen kids in tow...for their opinions. They loved every car they touched, sat in, etc. The sales staff was still smiling at us. Liza approached us and asked if we were ready to buy. It was obvious that we were already sold on one model. We decided on the Jetta for size and style. Paperwork, price, options, etc., were a snap. I wanted almost everything on the car that could be had. In less than a week my car was ready to drive home. That was about a year and a half ago, and I have loved my GLI ever since!
