We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication... As I explained while you were here that I was in a meeting all morning which is why the phone call was not returned. When you arrived at our facility I was on a short break and had to go right back into this meeting via zoom of which you accused me of lying. We actually performed the ECM Recall but the TPMS recall was not completed as this was about to be performed when you arrived. There were no charges since the key order that was requested was cancelled and you were fully refunded. If you would like I can offer a 10% off discount on your next servicing if you choose to return to our facility! Danny The safety recalls were never performed, Actually your employee John Kunar admitted the service was never done and gave me a receipt that the TPMS was done when in fact it was not .. It was not being performed when I came in , because the reason I came in is because John Kunar never returned my phone calls for two days and you never returned my call that day. I hold you responsible yku are the manager and your service center is a disaster . Your workers are ripping off the public look at your google reviews this obviously is an ongoing problem as I am not the only one who has had this done. Maybe if you came out of your office interacted with the clients and actually checked on your workforce things would improve. Please be honest in your reviews and stop lying which is what you seem to do often and take ownership of your disaster of a service station . I am also notifying VW Corp. of your fraud
