Awful Dishonest and unprofessional. My 2017 vehicle was diagnosed with a failed sway bar link, and they did not stock the part so it had to be ordered. They Dishonest and unprofessional. My 2017 vehicle was diagnosed with a failed sway bar link, and they did not stock the part so it had to be ordered. They could not expedite the shipping or provide me with an estimate as to when the part will arrive, and the secretary spoke to me in a tone as if I was bothering her by asking. I ended up taking it to a different dealer who realized that the part wasn’t bad, but instead a nut was loose. They tightened it and sent me on my way that same day. Eventually (10 days after the diagnosis), VW Bayside called me to let me know that the part had arrived. I called around and there was a dealer 20 minutes away who stocked the part... there was no reason for it to take 10 day a to get the part. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody. More

I have only good things to say about him-he was professional, friendly, informative and extremely helpful with both leasing my vehicle as well as returning the jeep I previously leased. Andrew took his time explaining all the features of my new Jetta. Jade was also helpful with filling out paperwork and returning my previous lease.The experience was overall amazing. More
