The dealership made us feel at ease, they weren't pushy as some dealerships can be. They were honest, open to our personal requests. Sometimes it can seem too good to be true, but with VW Bayside, it was not the case. They dealership should be proud to have a salesmen such as Silvano. Angelo the manager took the time to meet us personally to answer any further questions (which we didn't actually have as Silvano literally helped us with everything!) but this was reassuring on a personal level. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he offered me a test drive in a 2017 VW Jett I stopped by Bayside Volkswagen and Silvano helped me out. I did not feel pressured in any way and he showed me all of the great features the Jetta had and how it would meet all of my expectations and more. He said I could take my time in making my decision and that helped me feel very comfortable. I liked that he was not pushy at all and his main concern was always making sure I would ultimately be happy with whichever vehicle I purchased. Eventually, I decided on purchasing the 2017 VW Jetta because it was the best value and best car for my expectations and Silvano helped out a lot.
