I went to Bayside Volkswagen because I received a few phone calls soliciting a trade-in special so I figured it wouldn't hurt to go in and check things out. Little did I know I'd be driving away with a phone calls soliciting a trade-in special so I figured it wouldn't hurt to go in and check things out. The sales team was not too agressive in recommending add-ons although they did make good suggestions such as the lojack and extended warranties which I purchased. The whole process was practically effortless on my part. I'm glad John was my salesperson...he helped pick the right car for me based on my preferences and was very knowledgeable when demonstrating all the features in the car after the purchase was complete.
