We’re sorry that your recent experience at our dealership was unsatisfactory. Bayside Volkswagen always strives for superior customer satisfaction. With that in mind, we apologize for any miscommunication there may have been regarding your trade-in. Customers with equity in their trade receive a check back from the dealership minus the up-front fees after all dealership and motor vehicle paperwork is processed. This process can take up to three days. At that time, a check would've been issued. Since delivery was on a Saturday and the issue of a check was not addressed until delivery, there was nothing we could do to expedite the process. We're sorry for any inconvenience and we hope that next time both parties involved will exercise better communication.

sorry but your response is not correct. The car was parked right outside and the issue with the license was resolved the day before. And I didn't miss any other appointments. Excuse are like a$$h*&s everybody has them. A simple i'm sorry sir we're doing the best we can would have covered it. Everyone had excuses.
