I would just like to say that i bought a jetta a couple of months ago and Denise the finance manager was helping me. I was told by denise that my extended warrenty was changed to 100K miles, but she never did it. I called back and spoke to Jeff Villacampa He i must say is very proffesional and nice and knows what he is doing. He is a great service rep. I am so satisfied on how he took care of my issue. He called me back this monday 1/28/13 and assured me that everything was taking care of. I would love to send my family and friends to Bayside WV and Make sure that they see jeff.. My wife and I were looking for a medium size sedan for a while. We have done some research online and visited a bunch of dealers. Our research helped us understand the options available and pricing but we were overwhelmed with options before walking in to Bayside dealership. Mr. Rashwan helped us through discovering the best option for our needs now and in the future. He provided us quotes for each scenario and recalculated everything if we purchased or leased. He was very cool and not rushing us at all. It helped us to select the right car and we test drove the Passat (on streets and highway) and lovvved it. Within minutes of making our choice the process was a breeze! We drove the car out of the dealership with full tank and luxe wash. Bayside Dealership hands down has earned me as a customer. It is little far from me but I heard a lot of good things from their service department and will go there for my maintenance checks. We enjoyed the conversation with our sales Mr. Rashwan as he was friendly and very knowledgable. He treated us as friends who are concerned with making a decision on car selection and purchasing vs. leasing. And finally, something I missed from customer service and sales. I would definitely buy from them again. The experience was wonderful and professional and anything less than prefect was fixed to be prefect. I brought it back and showed Ali, and he promised that he would take care of it. I am glad to say Ali kept his promise and despite a busy holiday schedule and the aftermath of Sandy still impacting the used car market and body shops, he arranged an appointment with a loaner for me. He also took care of my CPO copay for a few mechanical things I wanted checked out. When I got the car back, I couldn't believe how good it looked and all the mechanical issues were fixed. I call that true professionalism, They didn't have to do all of that, I had already bought the car. More

i was on my way to another dealer to look at a 2009 vw rabbit. after a bad experience at another dealer i did not want to deal with another BullS**t story about how nice the car is, then they tell me its rabbit. after a bad experience at another dealer i did not want to deal with another BullS**t story about how nice the car is, then they tell me its not that bad. i spotted a 2010 golf in the front of the used lot, after talking to John a salesman, i decided it was the car for me. i did have to wait a little while for the car, but it needed to be prepped before i could take it home, Denise made that happen the same day.
