At first, we were looking at a used vehicle however, we decided to get a new vehicle which fit our budget and our needs. There were two other individuals who worked with us when it came to financing. It was a good experience overall however I would give this advice as an overall suggestion. Please do not use curse words to try to relate to your customers. You are a business and I expect professional demeanor at all times. You can be personable and professional at the same time. Also, the client should not have to explain to the financial department what was agreed upon for the down payment and how it will be paid. This should be communicated when passing the clients off from the sales department to the financial department. Overall we had a good experience with this dealership. We are enjoying our vehicle and would visit Bayside again in the future. Again, we loved working with Ana! More

I gave him the colors, and exact type of car I wanted and within my means we found the perfect car for me, and it just happened to be brand new ! I highly recommend Sean, he's straight forward, honest, down to earth and is able to level with whomever. Chris Flores worked with me through the finances and did a wonderful job. He was very polite, and organized. He explained everything thoroughly to me and answered any questions I had.
