I was never so happy I misread Google. It's not NYC. So I bought a New to me car from this place I had never heard of. This is not Bayside Toyota of Queens, these people are located four hours away from So I bought a New to me car from this place I had never heard of. This is not Bayside Toyota of Queens, these people are located four hours away from NYC in Maryland. So why did I drive a total of 9 hours to buy a car that several dealers had for sale locally ?(including Bayside Toyota of Queens, NY) Jeff Lehnan was the person I initially spoke to. He was very straight foward and I got a sense of honesty from him I didn't get from him from local dealers. Its very rare when you find someone who is selling something who you don't think is misleading you about what you're buying or at the very least trying to make it seem worth more than it is. Completely opposite of the sales people in the NYC area in their Men's Warehouse buy one get one free suits. Meeting the man I immediately felt I could trust him (after weeks of shopping around locally and doing my research on the car itself of course.) I then was introduced to the rest of the staff and I realized that Jeff was working at Bayside Toyota in Maryland for a reason. These people are genuinely nice. They're not preoccupied with appearances or trying to get an extra dollar. Even their finance manager (and you all know how greasy they can be when you're signing the papers), was an absolutely adorable mature lady who didn't make me feel pressured at all. She just presented all the extended warranty options and helped me choose the right one. There was even a salesman that took three trips to the water fountain to give my dog a drink. Honest people, a solid handshake, no gimmicks, pizza, and water for your dog. (Not to mention I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted.) When the hotel I booked locally which was advertised as pet friendly and then refused to give us the room I returned to the dealership looking for Jeff and found the sales manager Corey Robertson instead. I explained what had happened and after calling local hotels he offered to take the rental car I had left (Avis closes early on Saturdays!) to a location at least forty minutes away. The next time I buy a car, in about 2 to 3 years, I'm going to call Jeff again and when I visit these good people to pick the car up I'll call ahead to the hotel to make sure they accept dogs. P.S. Jeff and the rest of the people at these dealership engendered such a feeling of trust that I signed the papers before I took the test drive. The test drive was a 200 mile trip back to NYC. More

Used Jeep Wrangler I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler model. A used one popped up on one of my car search apps so I immediately called Bayside and spoke wit I was looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler model. A used one popped up on one of my car search apps so I immediately called Bayside and spoke with Becca. The vehicle had just arrived so all the options were not yet posted. She listened to what I was looking for and verified the Jeep indeed had all the options I wanted. Since I am out of state I was hesitant to just take someone's word (as another dealership had not been honest with me)- she sent me photo verification of all the options I was looking for. She even was able to locate the original window sticker for the vehicle with all the listed options! I ended up making the trip (7 hours) to see the vehicle. Becca was great, was able to do all the negotiations through text and get my written proposal before heading down. The Jeep was exactly as described - we had a question about the navigation and she even had a guy from a Jeep dealership come down and go over it with me!!! She went above and beyond and I couldn't have had a better experience or love my new Jeep anymore!! Thanks Becca and Bayside! I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the Bayside rewards program (oil changes/car washes etc) that are offered. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership/Becca! More
