My 2017 Toyota Limited Phil Bravo and Sean were wonderful; knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Whatever questions we threw him were answered thoroughly. Over the years our family has purchased more than 10 vehicles from Bayside and all have been good experiences, but this one was one the best. We are old neighbors of Jeff and Sue, and have always trusted them to provide excellent service and support of our vehicles, and Phil lives up to our expectations. I love my new car, and so far have only one issue...the sun visor could use an extension. The only complaint we have is that when we decided to purchase the vehicle we waited for two hours for a finance manager and finally made arrangements with Phil to come back on Monday. On Monday (after calling and being told that the finance person was ready for us, and we live 2 miles away) we waited again and finally and a good half hour, Phil got the OK to take us over to the new Used Car Showroom and deal with the financial person there. As a foot note, the finance person in Used Cars was new (only three days), and did a wonderful job. Overall, it's obvious we trust Bayside and trust them to continue to provide our family excellent service. We look forward to more future car purchases to come from Bayside! More
