I was surprised when I was met with a very curious, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. They made me a great offer and I accepted the deal with in 45 minutes of walking into the doors. They had to go to a different dealer to get my 2012 Toyota XLE Hybrid to get the color and interior I wanted therefore the next day my car was waiting for me and with in 25 minutes we were driving away with our new car. I highly recommend this dealership(Bayside Toyota, Prince Frederick, MD) they are fair, honest, and willing to make a deal happen without feeling pressured. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, they answer all of your questions with straight forward answers, upfront and honest about their pricing and bottom line price to make a deal happen. I have heard great things about their service and parts department and if it is anything like their sales department, this is hands down the best Toyota dealership on the east coast! More

Bayside was not the first dealership I stopped at to look for my future truck but I wish they would have been because it would have saved me a few hours of driving around. The experience was overall very good bordering on great. I made a 6hr trip to purchase a vehicle and they were very accomodating.
